"A Pageant with a Purpose" is Breast Cancer Awareness Event.  The pageant this year will place a strong emphasis on “Holistic Health Awareness in Lancaster County.’

We provide a joyful, inclusive space where participants can express themselves, embrace their uniqueness, and make lasting memories—while supporting a meaningful cause.

✨ We’re looking for  women aged 40 and over who are ready to walk the runway and have FUN strutting their stuff for a great cause! ✨

You will have a chance to win $500 for a charity of your choice; all this while raising money for PA Breast Cancer Coalation and South Ann Concerned Neighbors HUB Project Tickets will be available for your friends and family to come show support. The audience will  electronically by phone or table choose the final winners.
